Please read the following Terms & Conditions for Casa Candles. By doing so you are deemed to have accepted all Terms & Conditions stated herein. We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made we will reflect this on the site. It is your responsibility to read the new Terms & Conditions.

Casa Candles respects your privacy and will treat all information confidentially.

Collecting data
We require to collect certain personal information, which may include: Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address, Password and Payment details. We will not pass on your information to third parties.

Using your personal information
We will use your information for the following:
1. To process orders
2. To contact you about Casa Candles promotions and services (with your consent only)
3. To maintain and improve the content of our website
4. Complaint handling and enquiries 

Intellectual Property
The content of the Casa Candles website (logos, trademarks, pictures, text and designs) is protected. You do not have permission to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce the content of the Casa Candles website.

If there are any problems with your order we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. In such circumstances you shall be informed and a refund (if pre-paid) will be issued accordingly.

Payment is made via Sage Pay  or PayPal in a secure environment. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo. If full payment for goods is not received, we will not deliver the goods until the transaction is completed and the full amount paid.


Damaged goods
Casa Candles undergo a product quality check before orders are despatched. All orders are meticulously wrapped in a suitable manner for their journey. If you receive damaged goods, you must inform us via email or telephone (the details of which can be found on our homepage) immediately upon receipt. In this instance we require the goods to be returned, there are no exceptions to this rule.

If you desire a refund, you will be refunded the product cost and the return delivery charges. However, you will not be refunded the original delivery charge. You will be responsible for making all return delivery arrangements and payment of the return delivery charge which will only be refunded when goods are received along with a receipt for delivery costs. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Refunds policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your goods to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We must receive the goods in perfect condition with the original packaging. We will not accept refunds if the products have been used or have been sent in an unsuitable condition.

You will be responsible for returning and paying for the delivery of your returned goods. When items are returned you will be issued a refund for the products but not for the delivery charges.

To obtain a refund, simply send us an email or call us, the details of which can be found on our homepage. On approval, you are then responsible for sending back the goods stating your order number and name. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed.

When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. However, proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Our website may contain links to other sites – we are not responsible for the content of these sites.

We make no warranty or guarantees regarding our products or information provided on our website. In particular we do not guarantee:

1. Burn times – these are approximations.
2. Burning instructions and tips - these are provided for guidance only. However, we do recommend that you endeavour to follow manufacturer’s guidelines and safety tips at all times.

Availability of Casa Candles website
We aim to make our site available 24 hours a day. However, we reserve the right to occasionally restrict access. We cannot guarantee that the website will be faultless at all times.
