Casa Candles is currently offering free delivery on all orders over £30.00! 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday the same day. Our charges and services are outlined below.

Delivery Charges (UK Mainland & Scottish Highlands)

*This service does not allow any points of tracking and we cannot accept responsibility if the package is not received.

**The 1-2 day service is only applicable to orders received before 12 noon. Whilst every effort is made by the courier to ensure a next day delivery, on a rare occasion this may take between 2 and 3 working days.

Delivery Charges (Northern Ireland & All Islands Around UK)

The free delivery offer on orders over £20.00 is only available by Royal Mail standard service, recorded.

We also have a 'Buy & Collect' option at the checkout where you can collect your purchase from our store. Purchase can be collected on the Monday, Wednesday or Friday following the day of purchase.

All deliveries have to be signed for apart from the 'Standard, untracked, 4-7 working days' service.

If you miss your 1 -2 day delivery then a card will be left outlining details of how to arrange a redelivery or a collection.

Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays or public holidays.

Note: If instructions are left asking for any parcel to be left outside the property i.e. 'Leave in garage', 'leave at front door',then we cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of goods.
